A Customer Solutions Associate provides administrative support for Growth and New Product websites. We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to provide an amazing experience for our members. You will report directly to the Customer Solutions Supervisor in Member Services. Full-time positions are available for Monday – Friday shifts, working standard office hours. This is not a remote position. Compensation will be $15/hr.

What You Will Do:

  • You will provide general support for members of the Growth and New Product department, by supporting customers with their needs through inbound calls, email, letter correspondence, and social media platforms.
  • You will build a positive relationship with every customer, ensuring there is resolution on every interaction.
  • You will develop collaborative working relationships with associates, peers, and leaders, as you will have opportunities to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You will work with customers to find solutions to inquiries and coordinate with the team manager to provide feedback based on customer interactions.
  • You will compose clear, direct, concise, and complete verbal and written communications.
  • You will quickly acquire knowledge, meet deadlines, follow work schedules, and meet productivity standards.

Who You Are:

  • You have a high school diploma or GED.
  • You have verbal and written skills.
  • You type 45+ words per minute.
  • You have proficiency navigating the Internet and use of a Windows-based PC.
  • You have experience working in an office or call center environment.
  • You accept responsibility for your actions and carry out commitments.
  • You are customer service oriented, with a focus on solving complex issues.
  • You seek opportunities to improve and promote quality.
  • You can identify errors and bugs, and communicate with those needing to be involved.
