We’re looking for a mid-level, conversion-focused art director/designer who can collaborate with copywriters and Marketing and Product partners to create fresh, effective designs across a variety of projects, including user experience flows, web pages for U.S. and international markets, CRO, testing, growth, onboarding and more.
You will be expected to take responsibility for the quality of any artwork assigned, ensuring that it follows brand and visual guidelines, achieves creative excellence, and addresses the key objectives of each project. We welcome thoughtful, self-starters with agility and speed to execution.
You will collaborate with a dynamic team of marketing and testing partners to better understand our customers and develop smart marketing and testing strategies with a special emphasis on turning complex information/concepts into easy-to-understand user experiences for varied target audiences.
