In this newly created role of Director of Growth, you will be directly responsible for scaling customer acquisition in new markets around the world. You'll enjoy thinking strategically while executing quickly and tactically, having a direct impact on the company's results. You will report to the VP, International Marketing.

What you will do

  • Accelerate growth and increase our user base globally
  • Set clear and comprehensive strategies to get the International business where we want to go, and secure support from leaders across the company
  • Continuously use market and customer insights to deeply understand our audience and develop scalable growth opportunities; identify, test and scale channels, balancing customer experience, growth, progress and learning
  • Create clear internal cross-functional asks for support to ensure initiatives are resourced appropriately
  • Focus on paid performance marketing with responsibility for return on investment, whilst providing us with a competitive advantage
  • Regularly report performance and results

Who you are

  • An experienced tactical and leader, with a demonstrable track record of bringing growth opportunities to life with limited resources in an international ecommerce business
  • Curious and proactive; learning and discovery is what will drive our success
  • A practised understanding of how to manage marketplace dynamics, and optimising marketplace growth globally and at scale
  • Expertise in designing, building, and running experiments using a growth framework to prioritise and measure the impact of work
  • Experience running International campaigns including how best to manage translation & localisation
  • Strong communication skillsand an ability to build great relationships with people from across the business, in multiple locations and time zones
  • A creative eye with the ability to think from the consumers' perspective and provide clear and articulate feedback that impacts performance
