What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for proprietary pricing and packaging tools to create offers for marketing initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, Finance and Project Management teams to ensure timely delivery of product SKUs and offers.
  • Help plan, scope, and implement testing activities for projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Assisting with setup on A/B testing activities.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining Marketing Production internal webpages.
  • Participate in production planning meetings, standups and retrospectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 Years’ experience on a Marketing execution/production team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Computer Science is desired.
  • A strong desire to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, have a passion for marketing and technology and be very comfortable with rapid change and uncertainty
  • Experience managing several tasks and project simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel at time management and prioritization of responsibilities within a deadline-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or JSON is beneficial

Nice to Haves:

  • Working knowledge of Workfront
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud applications (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.)
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization.
