AncestryProGenealogists®, or ProGen, is the professional genealogical research division of Ancestry. The ProGen team of more than 120 professionals spans the globe as they strive to find solutions to clients’ most vexing genealogical mysteries.
Since the beginning, our ProGen team has been passionate, innovative, and continually curious—allowing them to help establish Ancestry as the premier brand and vehicle to bring to life the stories of generations of our subscribers’ families.
Ancestry’s Postdoc program is a funded, 2-3 year training program, with the exact length dependent on the specific research project. Postsdocs gain valuable experience and mentorship at Ancestry that enhance and expand their skills to prepare them for a successful career.
