Pay parity continues to be maintained across gender and ethnicity. Each year, we conduct compensation fairness analyses and consistently review all promotion rates by gender and ethnicity.
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that help foster a more inclusive culture at Ancestry. Our seven ERGs provide a safe space for employees to discuss a wide range of topics, share their experiences, and partner with teams across the company to inform inclusive business initiatives.
With events like brown bag sessions, quarterly speaker series, and semi-annual service projects, Ancestry Women in Technology (AWIT) is creating a global network for the Ancestry workforce and promoting a culture of empowerment.
APAC empowers Asian employees and our allies at Ancestry. Through education and awareness, we embrace our diverse lived experiences, backgrounds, and identities to build an inclusive and supportive environment.
Black Roots mission is to champion Black employees and customers to enhance Ancestry's business through recruitment, employee engagement, community partnership, and customer experience.
Honor's mission is to foster a community of support, hiring, and training for those who have served or are currently serving in the military, by creating an inclusive work environment that recognizes and fully utilizes the value of veterans.
The Pride mission is to foster the story of LGBTQIA+ employees and allies by creating an inclusive and supportive work environment where we can give everyone a greater sense of identity, relatedness, and place in the world.
Somos advocates for the Latin American community, enhancing Ancestry by championing these employees and customers through education, community building, recruitment, and optimization of the customer experience.
Ability's mission is to give people at Ancestry with diverse brains and bodies a voice and a safe place to feel empowered, appreciated, and heard.
