What You'll Do

A workday that starts with tea, not traffic. Whether you're in Dublin or Donegal, you’ll start your shift at home, help customers around the world, and finish the day where you started.

Before you apply, take a moment to review the qualifications—we want to set you up for success. This role requires previous customer service experience, strong English skills (speaking, listening, and typing), and a reliable high-speed internet connection. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

We hire for our Member Services team multiple times throughout the year. A 20-minute assessment to check a few key things—your typing speed, written communication skills, and home internet setup. It’s quick, straightforward, and helps us make sure you’ve got the basics to thrive in a remote support role.

Interview

A 90-minute interview session where you'll show off your skills in a live call and chat assessment, followed by a conversation with the team focused on your experience and how you approach different situations. It’s a chance for us to get to know you—and for you to get a feel for the role.

Offer & Onboarding

If you're selected, you'll receive a job offer—pending the successful completion of a background check. Once everything’s in place, you’ll kick things off with 4 weeks of paid training to get you fully up to speed. We’ll make sure you feel confident, supported, and ready to hit the ground running from home.
