We are seeking a Project Manager, Online Marketing to fill a key position within our commercialization marketing team. Our team is responsible for ensuring a smooth and timely launch schedule for various campaigns and the ongoing continuous improvement in processes to drive efficiency and speed-to-market. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, organizational, and technical skills to the role, as well as a passion for delivering on-time and accurate campaigns. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaborate across various team members within CRM/email, onsite/e-commerce, martech, web analytics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of marketing programs, with a focus on online marketing platforms.

What you will do…

  • Manage the process and project management tool specifically for an online marketing team, responsible for various offers, emails or landing page initiatives in order to achieve deadlines/launch dates.

  • Run [daily/weekly] scrum meetings in order to identify blockers or risks; take follow-up action items related to unblocking dependencies or communicating risks and send clear notes to all relevant cross-functional teams

  • Manage the intake and flow of marketing initiatives from backlog to completion/closed state. 

  • Create work tickets and tracking codes as needed for marketing projects

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to initiate new projects, manage priorities of projects, set timeline expectations, manage asset handoff and general tracking of each marketing request

  • Be accountable for driving longer-term  projects to on-time completion, or communicating changes to project timelines/scope/budget as appropriate

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to any of the program initiatives.

  • Fill in for certain online coordination tasks, as needed; Recommend improvements based on current process.

Who you are…

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a product-based, or Direct-to-Consumer/e-commerce business

  • Proficient working with project management tools like Jira/Workfront, and other tracking tools like Google Docs, Tableau, Excel, etc.

  • Demonstrated experience and success managing multiple projects at once

  • Ability to quickly dive into project requests and retract details to help answer questions

  • Strong written, presentation, and oral communication skills to utilize in informal follow-up emails to project updates to more senior marketing leads

  •  Ideal experience in marketing suites such as Adobe, Salesforce Marketing, Hubspot

  • Team player comfortable with interacting with different functional areas across an organization

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic, demanding environment

  • Ability to adapt to a fluid and rapidly changing environment

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity.  We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $70,560 - $80,640 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision.
