As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a Senior Immigration and Mobility Specialist to drive a best-in-class mobility program that balances compliance, efficiency, and a seamless employee experience.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will be a key partner to employees, hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners, ensuring smooth and compliant immigration and relocation processes. This role requires a professional who can navigate complex regulations, provide high-touch advisory support, and drive operational excellence in a global company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the end-to-end mobility process, including U.S. and global immigration, relocations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.

  • Manage nonimmigrant and immigrant visa sponsorships (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, etc.) in partnership with external immigration counsel.

  • Ensure alignment between mobility policies and business needs, providing scalable solutions that support workforce planning.

  • Leverage data and industry insights to refine mobility programs and measure success.

  • Stay ahead of U.S. and global immigration trends and policy changes, advising on risks and best practices.Regularly review and update mobility policies, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance.

  • Maintain accurate immigration records and case tracking, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

  • Partner with Legal and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of work authorization processes.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership on immigration and mobility matters.

  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors (immigration counsel, relocation providers, etc.), ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Drive process improvements and automation efforts to enhance efficiency in mobility operations.

Who you are:

  • 6+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR, with a focus on compliance, process optimization, and employee experience.

  • Deep expertise in U.S. immigration processes (H-1B, PERM, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.) and familiarity with global mobility frameworks.

  • Strong problem-solving and business acumen, with the ability to align mobility programs to company goals and future growth (IPO readiness a plus!).

  • Exceptional communication and advisory skills—able to educate, influence, and partner with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience using HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, or similar) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Bonus Points:

  • HR, Mobility, or Immigration certifications (GMS, SHRM, etc.).

  • Experience with mobility program automation and technology platforms.

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $101,790 - $127,260 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographic region and job experience. We will share detailed compensation data for a specific location during the recruiting process.
