We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead and execute campaigns across local and international markets to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Reporting to the Director of UK Marketing, you will have ownership of day-to-day brand media operations, programming, and sponsorship responsibilities, ensuring that marketing efforts are strategic, cohesive, and aligned with business objectives. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in an award-winning marketing team and shape the future of our brand.

We offer flexible working which allows you to choose where you prefer to work (at home or in office); however, you must reside in the UK and be willing to attend the office for in-person collaboration once a week. 


What you will do

  • You will lead end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns in the UK and Ireland 

  • Support the broader marketing team in delivering Core Market campaigns

  • Oversee creative development for brand and upper-funnel campaigns

  • Manage day-to-day media operations with our agency partner

  • Monitor important KPIs such as brand awareness and campaign metrics

  • Manage local media related to Programming & Sponsorships

  • Agree on investment levels and manage financial administration with agencies


Who you are

  • You have 8+ years of marketing experience

  • Proven success in marketing strategy and customer acquisition

  • Extensive experience in full-funnel marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of balancing brand building with performance marketing to ensure the best investment mix

  • Ability to leverage data to drive business growth and marketing strategies


Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is required

  • Familiarity with international marketing is preferred

  • Experience in recurring revenue models or genealogy/DNA testing industry a plus


 

This is a full time, permanent position with full benefits, including 25 days paid time off plus Christmas off, annual bonus, company stock, health and dental option, and pension. We have an office in central London, but our working location policy is fully flexible.
