What you will do...
Content Production & Quality:
Execute high-volume content tasks with accuracy, speed, and consistency. Meet daily Image Per Hour (IPH) goals while maintaining attention to detail and data integrity across all deliverables.
Technical Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VPN and AWS access to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth workflow.
Scheduling & Reporting:
Own monthly scheduling processes and submit weekly Workforce Management (WFM) reports. Ensure timely updates on task completion and identify process inefficiencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Relations:
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and quarterly offsite events, while identifying and communicating vendor feedback to resolve issues, enhance workflows, and align teams around shared objectives.
Process Improvement:
Proactively engage in side projects (e.g., Fold3, Title Research, Data Labeling, Paper Scanning) to develop new skills and improve team efficiency. Contribute to process innovation and knowledge-sharing efforts.
Who you are...
1+ years of experience in content production or operational support roles
High School Diploma or GED required
Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and engagement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to quickly learn new technical tools, systems, and processes
Accurate typing speed of 40–50+ WPM
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Basic problem-solving skills and sound judgment in escalating issues
Highly detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple priorities
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with editorial/writing tasks or historical archival work preferred, but not required.
