Our Global Corporate Communications team is searching for a Manager, Employee Communications who will be a passionate champion of our mission, values, and culture. This role will create and execute communications strategies focused on fostering employee pride, confidence, and engagement throughout the organization. As the voice of our employees, you will work across departments to exemplify our company values and foster a culture of trust, transparency, and engagement.This position reports to the Director of Employee and Executive Communications.
What you’ll do:
Consult and partner with internal stakeholders to identify communications objectives and manage multi-channel communication campaigns to engage employees
Write/produce and edit compelling communications content (internet posts, emails, Slacks, video scripts, etc.)
Serve as a project manager on select internal communications campaigns
Support sensitive and strategic communications needs from stakeholders across the organization
Contribute to the planning and execution around select employee programming events, including Town Halls, AMAs, and trainings, including liaising with senior leaders and key stakeholders
Partner with content contributors, support in content gathering, and coordinate with A/V teams
Support in both hybrid and onsite execution of key employee events
Who You Are:
5+ years of employee communications experience
A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, English, public relations, or another relevant discipline
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and working with senior leaders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stellar editorial proficiency (writing, editing, proofing)
Experience managing company wide events
Strong ability to build relationships across an organization and interface with all levels of staff in a way that builds trust
Outstanding project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Good judgment skills and discretion when handling confidential/sensitive information
Experience working effectively in both independent and collaborative team settings
Curiosity-driven, good-humored, and passionate about people, culture, and the employee experience
Basic design skills leveraging Canva (banners, infographics) to bring visual vibrancy and warmth to communications
As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $73,980 - $92,430 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision.
