Are you passionate about analyzing customer behavior and driving revenue growth? If you excel at transforming complex data into actionable insights for marketing teams, we want you to join us as a Senior Marketing Analyst at Ancestry!

In this role, you will lead Business Performance Insights, conducting deep dives into marketing performance to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and reducing churn. Your insights will influence executive decision-making, manage strategic initiatives, and develop recommendations that align analytics with business goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of marketing performance.

  • Analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize site performance.

  • Perform behavioral analysis of customer segments to inform personalization strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives.

  • Design scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Pioneering opportunities for forecasting subscriptions.

  • Identify and pioneer new opportunities for forecasting subscription trends and growth.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. Masters preferred.

  • Experience Minimum of 2 years in professional analytical roles.

  • Meticulous in data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills for diverse presentations.

  • Proactive and agile in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with SQL (writing/optimizing queries), Tableau, Python, and Excel.

  • Experience with A/B testing and understanding of statistical methods.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Multi-Touch Attribution methods is a plus.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $87,120 - $93,000 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographic region and job experience. We will share detailed compensation data for a specific location during the recruiting process.
